I'm unable to log into RVSiteBuilder from my account's cPanel, with the following error message:

Sorry, rvsitebuilder license for has been suspended. Last expiration date (November 07, 2015 - 23:59 (GMT+0)).  Please login to your account to renew the pending invoice at https://rvglobalsoft.com/clientarea -> "Account" -> "Invoices" and pay the pending invoice.
Please contact your provider.

Note that the cited expiration date of Nov 7 2015 is still several weeks in the future.

The same thing happened last July, and it took my server folks 6 days to get things going again.

What's going on and how can I prevent this from happening again in the future?

This could happen for any licenses purchased with our partner. The expiration date will be showing one month ahead from the current. So, the actual current expiration date is one month prior in the error.  It's 7 October.

This case, please contact your host provider, the company you rent the server with, to check and fix it for you.
