Hi folks. At this point I have given up on the support team and there ticket system (if there even is a support team) and I need help and have no idea what to do..
I have created a ticket with these folks but for the past 5-6 days my ticket is status (Being Review) I even wrote A simple question (hey how long is this going to take and shuch) no answer..

And now to the problems
first off on the install I get this error that I cannot find anywhere :`/usr/local/rvglobalsoft/rvsitebuilder/license': No such file or directory
Second In the admin section when I disable the access to resellers It still says active. It says the setting were successfull but no change
Three in resellers I cannot access the admin or the user interface at all.
Four none of the end users can access the system. just a blank page.
I have done all that I have found on the forums and your support site..
So I have a semi system. In the admin user of Directadmin I can administer RV no problems. so what do I do..
Also please if anyone knows if these guys have support or not, if not I need to get rid of this and exclude it from further deployment.
